P-042  Pyromorphite  $45

Daoping Mine, Guilin, Guangxi Region, China

8.2 x 7 x 1.6 cm.

Pyromorphite specimens from China are getting quite hard to obtain these days as production has all but ceased.  This matrix specimen features many lustrous crystals, some of which measure up to 1 cm in length.

AH-007  Rutile on Siderite & Calcite  $55
(ex. Ron Waddell collection)

Poudrette Quarry, Mont Saint-Hilaire, Québec, Canada

6 x 3.9 x 2.2 cm.

This mineral specimen consists of a sawn matrix coated with an abundance of extremely lustrous Calcite and Siderite crystals with a sprinkling of bright, euhedral Rutile crystals.  Another unique feature of this mineral specimen is that it exhibits a strong fluorescence of cranberry and magenta when illuminated under shortwave ultraviolet light.

C-091  Calcite on Dolomite  $25

La Florida Mine, Puentenansa, Cantabria, Spain

7.2 x 5 x 3.5 cm.

This two-faced specimen features a mound of Calcite crystals perched on a matrix of light pink Dolomite that is dusted on the front with minute crystals of black Sphalerite and drusy Quartz.  The rear of the specimen features many Calcite and Pyrite crystals atop well-formed Dolomite crystals.  The Calcite crystals on this mineral specimen fluoresce a mild orange color when illuminated with shortwave ultraviolet light.

H-021  Heulandite with Celadonite inclusions  $65

Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India

8 x 6 x 3.7 cm.

Here's an example of a mineral specimen that in my opinion will be considered a classic in the future. This matrix specimen features slightly curved and twisted Heulandite crystals included by the mineral Celadonite. These crystals have a brilliant luster, which most included minerals seem to lack.

B-073  Strontian Barite with Fluorite  $40

Elmwood Mine, Smith County, TN

4.5 x 4.8 x 4.5 cm.

A classic cauliflower like ball of Strontian Barite on a matrix of Dolstone with a 1 centimeter Fluorite hanging off the side.  Decent examples of Elmwood specimens aren't easy to find these days as the mine has been defunct for some time now.

C-044  Calcite  $65

Elmwood Mine, Carthage, Smith County, TN

9.2 x 7 x 4.1 cm.

A really cool cluster of Calcite crystals on a brecciated Dolstone matrix.  The major crystal of this specimen is intact.  The crystal behind the major one has been cloven and there is minor wear to a tip of the smaller crystal at the 9 o'clock position, and the crystal behind it is incomplete.  Despite these minor imperfections I believe that this specimen is underpriced.
